I would like to place an order with your Company, what are my options and what is the procedure?

We make ordering simple here, eliminating any guess work or confusion. In most cases a proof is offered prior to manufacturing so accuracy to positioning and spelling are always ensured. The steps are simple: a) Brief meeting onsite or here in our office with one of our sales team to go over ideas and suggestions on a design to fit within your budget. This may require measuring the vehicle so we can give an estimate at this point; b) Once a deposit is received, we provide a proof allowing two (2) small revisions in the cost; c) Manufacture of the product; and d) Set date and time for installation that works for you. In some cases installs can be performed while you wait, while others (like vehicle wraps) may need to be left with us a day or two. We can also offer mobile on site installations if required and if all the right conditions are met.

I don’t need a complete vehicle wrap but just basic signs and striping. Do you offer this service?

Although vehicle wraps are very popular and effective, it may not be for everyone. A simple door sign and complementary stripe can work fine in setting your Company apart from others while at the same time keeping within a limited budget.

I realize the effectiveness of a vehicle wrap for exposure, but my budget is limited. Is a partial wrap at a reduced cost just as effective?

We actually suggest a partial wrap for your vehicle as it is just as effective as a full wrap and only at a fraction of the cost. Many times we will incorporate graphic colors into the design to compliment the vehicle paint color to give the same impression as a full wrap. We will work within your budget so you receive the most value for your dollar.

I have decided on a full vehicle wrap. What is the next step now?

Vehicle wraps require extreme diligence and attention to detail when measuring and designing. Special care is needed, taking into account body lines, door handles and any other obstacles that may impose an obstruction to your message. We never solely rely on CAD programs for our measurements as these are notorious for inaccuracies. Because of this, we require to see the vehicle in person prior to design so accurate measurements can be taken for a reliable template. This is the area where much of the competition fail. The last thing you want is your phone number to have digits missing because a door handle was not taken into account!

I am interested in low cost signs I can leave at work sites or on lawns. Is this really affordable and can they be made quickly?

Our latest UV Digital True Flatbed Printing Technology offers fantastic quality printing directly to almost any sign material. Because of this, we can offer very affordable signs with very quick turn-around. Although, small orders are not a problem, the savings really increase with higher quantities. No more need to worry if your on- site signs go missing anymore!

I require signs or wraps for my fleet but need it designed first. Do you offer this service and is it more cost effective using your Company instead of a design house?

We accept all forms of files from clients or third party designers. Many times we will take the logos and elements previously designed and incorporate these into our design for your specific needs. For more complicated designs like vehicle wraps, we recommend you use our skilled and trained designers for this portion as well. Not only will the design suit the clients’ needs properly but will also be created for efficiency with our printing systems. This way you will get the best value possible for the price.

I require small decals for our equipment and hard hats. Is there a minimum quantity I must purchase?

We can manufacture any quantity requested. From just a few to several thousand, clear coated or not. The higher the quantity, the more savings you will experience.

I heard see-through graphics are possible for vehicle windows. Does this impair my vision and do you recommend it?

We do offer the see through window film for the vehicle windows but don’t always recommend it. We consider each client’s needs and concerns at the time. Our window film product is the “Contravision” brand name with the matching optically clear laminate made specifically for vehicle windows. Because of this your vision is unhindered from the inside out while at the same time retaining all the graphic details for onlookers outside. We also seal all the edges to ensure longevity – this is what much of the competition neglects. If you do not need to see out of those windows, then don’t use the Contravision product on them. An option is to use the same graphic product on your windows as the rest of the vehicle.

Are you a Certified 3M Graphic Provider and do you provide a 3M warranty?

Although we offer a wide variety of top name vinyl graphic products such as Arlon and Avery, we are best known for our 3M Products. We are a “3M Select Graphic Provider” which means we meet all the strict requirements set out by 3M Canada with regards to manufacture and installation procedures. Depending on products used in your project, the ratings can range anywhere from 2 - 8 years. This rating is based on acceptable industry standards against fading, cracking, etc. As a 3M Select Graphic Provider, we offer the Performance Guarantee for 3M printed products as set out by 3M Canada.

Do you offer your own installation team and how important is this?

We provide in house certified “3M Preferred Installers” trained by 3M themselves. This is extremely important for quality assurance as “the product is only as good as the finished installed product”. Too many times, in this industry, failure of the product later on is due to improper or inexperienced installation. We can also offer on site mobile installation if required and if all the right conditions are met.
